For me it's so hard to describe, but here goes. haha.

As it begins to occur, my heart rate speeds up. I then start to get an intense warm sensation and butterflies at the pit of my stomach. As I get closer, I tighten up around my genitalia area.

I don't understand this 'faking it' thing. Why would a woman fake it anyway?
