mostly urine related play (drinking piss, piss enemas, pissing on each other etc.) along with sticking objects in orifices that weren't meant to be put in there (feet, arms, etc.) just real nasty crap... sorry to be so graphic (well, not really) but you asked lol

after a while, you just don't care what you see, its just a job like anything else, hence it becomes boring like any other job.
