Well i'm a CAD designer for Rolls Royce, its very strange working in such a straight place with dreads!!

 

I would have to get at leasT $100 for mine iggy:

how long do you wear them before you sell them? like a week or two?

 

I deal with old people all day and clean their rooms in a nursing home... two more weeks until my first paycheck though.

 

I once had a tour round your precision castings facility, it was very impressive. I can't imagine a dread head in them offices though.

 

I make my money as an online marketer, specializing in SEO (search engine optimization). But my full time job is looking after my two beautiful boys.

now. man I pay 333 dollars a week mortgage, 230 a mnth for all perils insurance, 356 car payment, 143 hydro, 48 house insurance, 45 a week rrsp, 8 dollars a week union, 35 dollars a month lt disabiltiy ins 25 a month short term disablity insirance, 60 bucks a week fuel to get to work and back extra if I want to go anywhere, 10 dollars a week for fuel for my lawn tractor, 50 bucks a week smokes, and what everes left goes to my kids. Ive been living off of hotdogs for 3 weeks.........
working my tail off operating a robot which cuts holes in sewer pipes, only home on the weekends 2days.....in wich time I garden mow the lawn and slowly renovate my house that I bought for my wife and kids.....oh yeah she left me in nov


and stare endlessly at my bus in my driveway.........

I work 1/2-time in a funky old coffehouse/cafe. Make about $500/month on that. My former husband, now a dear friend, kindly pays my rent ($875) - I consider myself immensely fortunate; but then, I did do a terrific job of raising our 2 awesome kids. I also sell books online; brings in about $100/month. I take care of 9 cats, several rats, and my sig other who has been unemployed, for the most part, since last summer. So far we've managed to keep our utilities on (our most recent shut-off was nearly 2 yrs ago - woohoo!). We never have enough food, and no money to do much of anything that costs money.

Luckily, I get free espresso.

 

i'm a lifeguard and i sell stuff on ebay or craigslist. i also paint and every once in a while i sell one for $50-200.

i'm getting a portfolio together so i can get back into uni. so then i can train very hard at animation(another hobby of mine) so i can work for Pixar or some other giant computer animation firm and make awesome characters that walk and talk. word

 

^^^ Sounds like your goals are well worth pursuing.
