What do you want in life?

I want to take a deep breath and make this the best moment of my life, cause you know what? I might not be around to see the next one. -=::. Shine on .::=-

 

I want to really enjoy every moment of my life- to not waste time on negative feelings, pessimism, apathy, or self doubt. I think that when I'm old and dying, I'll look back over my life and only one thing will be important: whether or not I really lived fully from moment to moment.

For me, that means becoming a more secure, capable, and wise person, cultivating my creativity, developing deep and meaningful relationships, exploring the world around me, having adventures, understanding and being true to myself, and leaving the world and people I meet better off than when I found them. My success in life will be measured by how I used each moment, not by any grand or profound accomplishments.

Well, I do want to travel the world with a romantic partner someday, and have a job that lets me connect with and help other people. But that's all just details...

 

I just want peace and happiness.

I also hope for a successful career as a novelist, and true love.

That's all.

 

I plan on being retired or at least semi-retired in 5-10 years. start a commune and live with cool, interresting, loving people. I've always only wanted to be happy, and there's only a few things that would do it and all not under my control: find my soulmate, find more likeminded people and escape all the bs and nonsense in this world.

 

i pretty much just want to go on living, watch the world turn and not get hassled. oh i've got things i'd like to see happen but mostly the're not really directly about me personaly but about the kind of world we all have to live in. so we can all be more or less happy in it and not have to worry about quite so much.

it's not like i'm trying to be a saint or anything either, it's just that creating and exploring are what gratify me personaly and the kind of world we all have to live in has everything to do with opportunities for and obsticles to, doing so.

i just take it as it comes and try not to take more then i can hopefully somehow give back. you know i like tecnology as toys but i don't see trying to impress anyone by what we can accumulate really gratifies anything beyond the first few moments of telling anyone about it, that is unless of course you share it with them, or give them something yourself.

when i was real young there were a lot of things i wanted to make happen. as i got older and had to accept the diversity of reality, it became sufficient to see some of them happen. well there's still a few, maybe quite a few, things i'd like to see happen, but again the're not really just about me, but about what conditions are like for everybody.
