What do you tell people when they ask you why you don't believe in God?

    Here in Boston, it's considered quite rude to ask anyone about their religion, unless you know them quite well already. I don't think anyone has asked me in the last 30 years. I believe it's different in the South.

    i ask them why do they make assumptions about people they don't know.

    id say it's because of the improbability of the existence of a god, and that i don't think its worth dedicating my life to the off chance that god exists.
