Breakfast recently its usually a smoothie: coconut, cacao, banana, raspberries, and melon is my favorite. Othertimes it will be just fruit, or granola, or cereal, or left overs(usually stirfry or kitcheree) or maybe a green juice.
We also do juices for snacks.
Lunch: I have no idea maybe a small salad or sandwich or soup, maybe another smoothie or juice.
Dinner: Usually a pretty huge salad, packed with so many cool things, I can't consider to post. I love our salads.

We're very good at snacking though: spring rolls, split pea soup, amy's microwaveables, chips and salsa or guacamole, I really love those brown rice chips sesame seaweed flavor is the best. And I love raw soups! they rock!

Today I had porridge for breakfast, with rolled oats and barley, wheatgerm, sugar and cinnamon, and ricemilk. I had black coffee, too. For lunch I had vegan moussaka, done the indulgant way. Super tasty! It was yesterday's leftovers. For dinner I had a very simple stir fry, with hokkien noodles, tofu, and asian greens. Usually I put a whole bunch more in my stir fries but I'd had such a rich lunch. I had a glass of red wine with dinner. I will have mandarines straight off the tree for dessert, when I feel a bit less full. Perhaps I will make an apple crumble, too, depending on how energetic I feel.

Wow, I want to eat from your menu for a day! ;)

    Mine is typically:

Breakfast: oats and/or fruit or peanut butter on toast

Lunch: Usually a microwavable veggie burger and some soy crisps (these things are great)

Dinner: sauteed veggies and some sort of pasta.

Snacks: Trail mix, pumpkin seeds, almonds, fruit, chips and salsa

Drinks: 4 cups of green/white/black tea get me through work

green peppers, mushrooms & extra cheese. Sometimes I'll eat the black olives (but only when they are on a pizza, cuz I don't really like olives).
Pizza can be a problem at my house cuz everyone else likes them with pepperoni or spicy sausage. I have NEVER liked pepperoni.

Breakfast: Coffee w/ soy milk and sugar, mini bagel w/ soy cream cheese
Lunch: Tofurkey, soy american cheese, & mustard on whole wheat bread... soo good.
Snack: Nuts, fruit, pretzels, leftovers, whatever's around.
Dinner: Usually something frozen (Gardenburger, something Amy's, etc.)

Not the healthiest, but I try. *shrug*

Amen. Too much many places around here give veggies a bad name because they don't bother to cook them with any thought given to flavor. If you like spicy and vegetarian, look into some East Indian recipes. You won't be dissapointed. Gods, a samosa would be good right about now speaking of which.
