What Do You Consider The Worst Possible Crime And Why?

murder...I voted for that because the victims of the other choices can recover from them...and as far as I know there is no therapy available to overcome getting murdered.

 

Maybe not, but there's medicine.

 

I voted abusing handicapped and elderly.
'Torture' takes a pretty sick mind to begin with. Preying on the defenseless is just rubbing salt in the wound...

 

i voted kiddie fiddlin, but it is all relative really... it also depends on who one is murdering and why... not sure about the animals as we do it daily in this culture so, desensitized to it maybe? any kind of abuse often has long term effects that interfer with the quality of someones life... i don't really think you can say which is THE worst...

 

I voted that murder is the most heinous of the choices. Altho my reasons seem obvious, I reserve the right not to give reasons on advice of counsel.

you don't necessarily get over it... you have to live with it, what ever it is... with murder, one is killing a person... with abuse, one is killing the spirit of a person. two sides of the same coin.

I am guessing too many people here haven't been messed around with when they were children. I don't think they realise you can't just cure those thoughts.

 

Yes, but people who have been abused can at times find ways to move on from it. Once someone is dead, it becomes much harder.

Yes, they might struggle, but they are still alive.

But, all options are awful, and all can destroy you in different ways.

 

Don't go assuming.

 

It's an educated guess, because most people seem to think you can go to therapy and you can get on with your life.

I mean, even if you are still living and breathing, that's great- but rape can make people suicidal, which then defeats the purpose of this whole 'you're still alive argument'.

And that's as far as I am prepared to take my debate. It all hinders on my hopefully ambiguous afore mentioned words.

I vote for kiddie fiddlin', slaughtering animals and abusing handicapped and elderly people because these 3 categories have no way of defending themselves. At least someone who is in danger of getting murdered can try to save themself by running/fighting back.

 

i think muder since it is...murder... its actuaaly taking someones life, instead of just making it worse. i understand if people will disagree since we all have our own opinions
