- A a drug bust goes wrong, heroin addict dies. His fault.

- A pedophile gets killed for having sex with children. His fault

- A man gets killed by a punch to the face outside a club, he starts the fight. His fault.

- A cheating wife is chopped up by her husband because of her infidelity. Harsh? Yes. Motive? at least a little.

There's no justifiable motive to rape children. No crime of passion, no money or power- you're just taking the life, but not literally, of a small being who will probably wish ill on themselves.

I am actually quite surprised you think like this. Yes child abuse is a horrible horrible thing, of course it is. But, I can't see how anything can be worse than murdering someone. That comes in varying degrees I suppose - someone runs out in front of your car and you hit them. That isn't as bad, as someone who follows you home and pulls you into their car, strangles you and leaves you dead in a ditch. But, it's someone's life none the less. People who have been abused do get on their lives, not all that's granted, but a lot can move past it. Because they don't want to be a victim and let it ruin their lives. Someone who has been murdered doesn't have that choice.

As for drug addicts getting killed and it being their fault, that is ridiculous. You can't have any understanding of how people 'work' sometimes.
