On the train back from Devon this morning I had a croque monsieur,piece of fruitcake and a packet of M&Ms.

I've had bread and soup. Then chocolate.

 

From a cart that goes through all the wagons, Fairlight? Or from the station? Or do they still have a separate trainwagon for that stuff over there?

 

Hi Asmo.Yes there is a separate trainwagon that serves simple snacks,tea,coffee and alcohol.

 

I like that, for the long rides. Dutch trains don't have that stuff (anymore).

 

Yes I'm in London,although often out of my mind.

When I was in line at the store paying for this, the guy behind me says "What are you playing a game of checkers?" Whatever the fuck that was supposed to mean.

 

Nothin so far. Lost bout six pounds the past week. Nine more to get to my goal of 205. Just need to keep at weights and add some cardio to get to my goal of 205 with six pack

 

Raison Bran, mystery sammich and chips thus far.....

 

Rice crackers with hummus, roasted red peppers, spinach dip, peppercorn pate and mixed olives.

I am making a leg of lamb for dinner with roasted rosemary potatoes, asparagus, turnip and a cucumber tomato salad.

 

Chocolate chip weetabix minis.

Out of the box. Can't stop.

 

So far, just steak and a salad. I have shrimp and a selection of fine beers lined up for the night ahead.

 

strip loin steak marinated all day in italian dressing and chipotle spice then BBQ'd to perfection (in -20C lol)....and some lobster tails...i like to eat like a king every new years eve

 

today- - -a grapefruit & a cuppa coffee-
Last night(new yrs eve)- -a feast... im ashamed to admit the amount of food we had on the table- -everything from soup to nuts- - -the gods looked down on us last nite!

 

Just had a few pieces of fried Halloumi,a traditional Greek/Turkish cheese made from sheep and goat's milk,that you can fry or grill.It's very salty but I love it.

 

Only raison bran thus far.....
