    chicken breast fillets cut into chunks and fried up with curry spice then i added celery chunks ,water chestnuts and pepper spiced peanuts

    a little bit of franks red hot sauce and it tastes great

    Mac and cheese.
    A chocolate peanut butter smoothie, with banana and almond milk. I used dark chocolate. I made it mostly for Jack, he took two sips, said it was delicious and put it in the fridge.

    Woke up at 6:30 this evening, took two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in approx. 6 oz. of water, followed by a scoop of BCAA powder in approx. 6 oz. of water. Then I did about 300 pushups, 10 chin-ups, and 4 sets of 20 dips in around 20 minutes. I followed this with my usual chocolate whey protein shake with flax, chia and hemp seed, followed by 1 tablespoon of MCT oil and a tablespoon of coconut oil, as well as about 5 strawberries. Then for dinner I had a Delmonico steak and steamed Brussels sprouts smothered in butter. Now I am eating some macadamia nuts and 90% cocoa dark chocolate.

    What's the purpose of the apple cider vinegar? I know it has some health benefits, but I'm not sure what they are. Too lazy too google.

    What's BCAA powder and what's MCT oil?

    There are many benefits associated with ACV. People usually take it to aid with weight loss and digestion, provide added energy, detoxify, promote healthy blood pressure and cholesterol levels, promote healthy blood sugar levels, etc. Most of all, it helps to balance your entire body system by helping to maintain a healthy alkaline pH level.

    BCAA powder is branch-chain amino acids, which supports muscle growth. People usually take it before and/or after a workout. Since I work out in a fasted state after not eating for 20 hours, it prevents the breakdown of muscle. It also gives you energy and increased endurance while working out.

    MCT oil is medium-chain triglycerides, which makes up around 60-65 percent of the fat found in coconut oil. It speeds the metabolism to help the body burn fat and promote lean muscle mass. It also provides the body with added energy since this kind of fat is broken down by the liver and immediately used by the body as fuel.

    I was really bored! And I had a half-finished container of frost-bitten cookie dough ice cream in the freezer.

    Pretty much it turned into a very identifiable chocolate chip cookie! It even rose a little bit, which I thought was surprising. Why would they put baking power/soda in it?

    Although it was like a poorly done clone of a chocolate chip cookie--looked good, smelled amazing, but tasted....meh.

    for lunch i had a salad with kale, various types of lettuce and herbs, strawberries, blueberries, salmon, and a raspberry vinagarette...that shit was goood

    i went to a German restaurant for dinner and had maultaschen served over cheese spaetzle. that shit was pretty good too

    Beef burgers, sauce, flavoured rice and sweeties ^_^

    I did wanna get Linda McCartney veggie burgers but they have ingredients that my sensitive tummy can't handle ._.

    That salad sounds like Heaven!

    Thanks for the info Matt. I have Apple Cider Vinegar, so I'll try doing the water thing and see how that goes. I always use it in the salad dressings I make.
