    Today for breakfast I had a steak and egg bagel. Then for lunch I had 4 grilled chicken snack wraps. For dinner I had pizza and spaghetti.

    I had two cheeseburgers for dinner made with organic, grass-fed beef, along with a chicken Caesar salad and a Reed's Kombucha tea. Then I had a whey protein shake with the usual chia, hemp and flaxseed after my workout. After that I had a couple raw eggs, some beef jerky, two apples, and a can of sardines in extra virgin olive oil. My eating window tonight was approximately 5 hours; from about 6:30 to 11:30.
