About 5 Rtiz crackers and some Colby Jack for "lunch" and then a taco burger (taco meat and Colby Jack on a bun) and ranch style beans for dinner. Going to have a couple spoonfuls of homemade chocolate ice cream and maybe a red velvet cupcake (leftover wedding cake) for dessert.

I had me some grilled organic chicken breasts with some pasta salad my mom made.

Now I am drinking some Old Peculier, which will be followed by a few Rodenbachs.

I have really been trying to limit my alcohol intake, but on these warm summer nights it can be tough to abstain. If I had me some pum pum, then I'd be set.

what the fuck is pum pum? :p [edit: i guess the tongue smiley was very appropriate]

today i had a couple bowls of honey nut Os (an organic version of cheerios that was $2 a box) with milk that says it doesn't have growth hormone

the sandwich that i have 4 days a week, every week"
whole grain bread, turkey without nitrites, cheese, cucumber, tomato, lettuce and mustard. i used to have miracle whip but i phased that shit out.
also a banana and should have had some handfuls of plain peanuts + raisins (another work lunch staple of mine), but i forgot them at home this morning

then i had leftover chicken parm and pasta for dinner

and now i will check out the kitchen...maybe some ice cream

i could go for another dinner actually. teetering on the edge of 150 lbs, i should go eat everything in my kitchen right now

    edit:
    handful of cashews
    4 gigantic strawberries
    some beef jerky
a piece of toast with nutella and good peanut butter
    ..and maybe some ice cream

Only 150? Damn, that is pretty light considering how tall you are.

Hey... if you want good ice cream, try Pittsford Farms if you haven't already. Best ice cream ever!!

    thanks for the recommendation

not that we ever ate too horribly, but we are trying to eat more healthy these days. so even though i'm still gonna eat ice cream, i'd rather have one with a handful of ingredients rather than one with like 30

You can do better than that. Cheese has a lot of calories. You can have a sandwich with lean coldcuts for under 300 calories. Or a soup, or a salad. There's a lot of ways to eat low calorie, just do some research.

Perhaps he doesn't have to watch his weight. Otherwise I don't get this calorie number watching.. Watch at the amounts and kinds of fat, protein and carbohydrates (specific kind of calories) to determine if you can do better or worse for your health. Calories are/can be great if you're not overweight (that rhymes)!

Use ''only'' wisely, depending on just how many sandwiches we are talking about here :p
