Some kind of sausage, kinda like a hot dog, but different texture I suppose. Nearly the same, but nobody here would ever call it a hotdog.

I haven't read the whole thread, so I don't know whether anyone's already addressed this or not:

Eating raw egg whites too often causes vitamin H deficiency. Raw egg whites contain avidin, which binds with vitamin H (biotin) and make it unavailable for the body. This only applies to raw eggs, because temperature changes protein structure.

The symptoms of vitamin H deficiency can develop after eating approx. 2 raw egg whites a day for a month. (If you eat 4 raw eggs every second day that's obviously too much.)

Also: eggs can be contaminated with Salmonella, so if you intend to eat them raw, be careful where you buy them.
    Temperature destroys Salmonella, though.

About the salmonella -- nonsense. I mean, yeah, you can get salmonella from eating raw eggs, but the chances are 1 in 10,000, according to the CDC's own statistics. So, to me, the benefits of eating raw eggs far outweighs any risk of salmonella, which you are more likely to get eating at McDonald's. Also, when you eat pastured, organic, cage-free eggs, the likelihood of getting salmonella is even less. When you eat eggs from chickens that have been crammed into cages stacked 7 feet high and are swimming in shit, then you run a much greater risk of salmonella. But even then it's only a very small risk.

Also, biotin deficiencies come from eating only egg whites, as promoted by mainstream health "experts." Eating whole raw eggs is unlikely to cause any sort of deficiency.

So I will keep eating raw eggs daily with no worries. Thanks for your concern, though.
