    Well good for you then :). It's no good. Classic recipes are time consuming to prepare, but often worth the effort.

    I didn't eat a big meal today, but rather a lot of small things spread out over the course of about four hours. I woke up later than I wanted to this evening (it's my night off), but I still opted to do 30 minutes of LISS on the exercise bike. I followed that up with an 800 calorie protein shake. I had a small dinner consisting of a chicken Caesar salad, some sardines in extra virgin olive oil, and an avocado. For the rest of the evening I snacked on strawberries, pecans, and dark chocolate.

    I got the fillets, crumbed and spiced them then cooked and made into mini wraps with salads and hot sauce =]

    The olives had a pair of genitals, neither of which have been used for recreational or procreational acts before they got squashed and squeezed.

    It's olive oil that comes from olives that have never been laid. Since olives don't have hands, they're extra virgin.
