Scrambled egg on toast with fried onions, red peppers, lightly cooked in a milk, a dollop of mayo and spicy Buffallo wing sauce.

This is true. Hardcore paleo-purist elite folks won't touch dairy. But, I'm like...cheese, goddamn it.

that might be true, but i dont follow any programe, im just a neanderthaler living in a cave, whenever i am hungry i come out of the cave and take whatever is available in nature. this time i used my goats milk and made butter + cottage cheese out of it, on the way back to my cave i stumbled upon a big pistachio tree , i had to jump high  to grab that limb which had lots of pistachio fruits ready to eat, before eating them i always roast them because raw they are kind of hard to digest :anguished:

That's probably a true paleo diet right there.

Prehistoric man ate whatever they could find. Survival depended on it. Had they stumbled across a block of cheese or a glass of milk, I doubt they'd be like, "Oohhhh no, no, no. I don't eat that."

yes , paleo just means eat whatever is available in nature, unprocessed, raw(mostly) , so basically vegeterians and vegans are also paleo, because some neandis did not eat meat either, some ate only fruits and veggies which is totally fine as well....
butter and cheese can be made very easily out of milk, just let it sit in a bowl for 48 hours, finish

    That looks epically delicious.

Time zones are a weird thing. You're sitting down to dinner and I'm still at work. Anyway, enjoy!

The rice bowl was delish...sorry I did not take a picture... but here is the recipe.

One chicken breast, boneless, skinless, cut into small bite-size pieces. Stir fried in a touch of light olive oil with a dash of sesame oil and a dash or two of tamari sauce. When cooked, set aside in a bowl with the juices from cooking.

Chopped, sliced veggies: carrot, cabbage, jalapeno peppers, diced cucumber, onion, cilantro, sprouts (a salad mix today, but mung sprouts are best for the crunchiness), arranged on a platter and set by the chicken bowl. You can use whatever veg you've got on hand that is fresh...

That jasmine brown rice, cooked. A whole pot set beside the other plates and bowls. I got a five pound bag for $6 at the Thai grocery... it's really fresh and good.

Sauce - thai peanut coconut sauce. I make it with coconut milk, peanut butter, diced jalapenos, some cilantro, a dash of tamari sauce, adding a little water to get the right consistency, and put that bowl by the others. It is not cooked.

Take an empty bowl, start with rice, then add chicken, then add veggies, top with sauce, and if you like it really hot and spicy add some Sriracha sauce.

There is a nearby place that serves these for $10 a pop... I think my home made version costs way less than half of that... and it's fresher, and at home - no travel required.

I believe there can be endless variations of this delightful meal... experimentation is the path to enlightenment as far as I am concerned.
