Chocolate Pie made with coconut milk.

That was the first thing I could eat after oral surgery.

I just had a key-lime greek yogurt after not eating anything today. I was starving, so pretty much any food would taste delicious.

I had some vegan mac and cheese yesterday. I know that non-dairy mac sounds underwhelming...but it was so damn good. I can't stop thinking about ti.

Veggie stir fry and rice. Not usually a meal that excites me but after the absolutely revolting Sonic burger I had for lunch it was just what the doctor ordered

What exactly is the "cheese" in vegan mac and cheese?

It was at a restaurant, so I can't be sure, but according to their menu: mashed and pureed sweet potato and cashews, olive oil, garlic, mustard powder, plant milk and soy sauce.

Is it Sonic in general that you find revolting? Or was it just this time?

I remember going to Sonic for lunch in high school. Their 99ยข tacos were bomb. At least, I thought so at 17.

You wouldn't expect frozen lasagna to taste so good but it's great
