Just finished a refreshing mango shrikhand with toasted pistachios

 

Nick made salsa verde with the tomatillos and peppers I got at the farmers market today so we had really simple nachos with that black beans and cheese because I forgot to defrost meat this morning. It turned out really really good thlugh! Tomorrow I'm going to bake some chicken in the leftover salsa and make tacos.

Anyways, I had a doughnut and an apple xD

 

I just ate the same thing I ate last night...that is my favorite thing to eat lately as a meal, so I don't have to worry about eating anymore today....lol....I grilled up the rest of the salmon...A new store opened here and they have buy one wild salmon fillet and get two for free.....and the fillets are big and cut already in 4 pieces.....I have one big fillet or four smaller pieces for tomorrow still and one more container of salad, and then I think I will go get more salmon fillets at this great price.....as I don't think anyone here will run this deal again.....
In the salad are greens, carrots, red onion, red grapes, chunks of fresh bleu cheese, red pepper, tomatoes, cucumber, celery, red hot pepper, dash of sea salt and balsamic dressing, parsley, garlic powder Balsamic is about the only dressing I use...i love my salads, and with salmon mixed in, it is awesome.....I sprinkled lots of black pepper on my salmon pieces as well as grilling the pieces with chunks of garlic and lemon.

At the Cape, next year...i am going to forgo the lobster and get the green salad this restaurant has in large size...it was the best salad i ever had at a restuarant, and I ordered the mango vinegarette dressing, which was out of this world. i asked for the recipe, but hush, they could not tell me the secret...Ok, I am going to order the huge salad and a piece of salmon there next year. The twin lobster special is much to do about nothing anyway.....lol
