What did you do today?

Went and worked. Now home watching our college football team choke bigger than shit whilst I browse HIP and try to cheer myself up!

 

it always cheers me up to be here

 

bought some more stuff to eat that i didn't really need to, but i like having a little more variety in the house when i can.
in the little store around the corner, because you know, sunday and the bus service on sundays.

 

my hubby just went to the grocery store yesterday, but then today my daughter ordered more to be delivered because ----- well snacks!! plus we needed some ingredients for soup im making
I am making the copy cat recipe of Olive Garden zuppa tuscana and also egg drop soup

 

Working at making hash browns out of 19 lbs of small potatoes that won't store very long. I then put them on cookie sheets, cut into blocks and freeze them. Best way I found to keep a bunch of golf ball size potatoes.

 

been out shopping and now I'm just going to chill the rest of the evening.
May get caught up on some tv or read the graphic novel i bought.

 

I and buddy guy went to the beach, It was cloudy and thunderous so no swimming but we walked in the sand quite a bit. Took pics of castles and spent some time on a beach bar until we found we had a chance to get back to car without being drenched in rain. At the bar they were all germans. We indulged to a soft drink, admiring some tits and asses and took our way back and had quite a bit of chat about old computers and tv sets, politics and whatnot. Then we decided to have dinner at my mansion and bought a bottle of good rum and tropical fruit. I cooked dinner while buddy arranged fruit salads. Th dinner consisted in pasta with home made pesto alla genovese, bresaola and the above mentioned fruit salads. We then descended into the mancave, watched a freaky spanish flick and had some heavily chili peppered rum and a couple smokes. The hand rolled cigarettes were contaminated with chili peppers too and we got some of that hellish stuff into our eyes for good measure. At midnight he went back home. Quite the relaxing day. Sipping the last fiery rum now

 

Mowed the back and side yards...

 

Made a giant cup of coffee! Mmm!

 

I worked like 12 hours today then I went and got Wendy's for me and my love. I orderd a classic Asiago Chicken Sandwhich but I think I got spicy. I'm still feeling that.

got out of bed...

 

Done a whole lot of shopping using my fingers instead of my feet - man from sainsburys will deliver my shopping tomorrow morning.

 

running the shop again for another all nighter: )

i have-- (I do defend myself)) but i don't get nasty like he does.

 

Spent a boring day at work; came home and visited with my dad about our trees that are going to get trimmed and/or removed; ate lunch; now just sipping on coffee catching up on the forums whilst being really upset with management at work.

 

Typical.. but tried (mildly) investigating who rang our doorbell last night and ran away
