I haven't worked out in a week. Between having the stomach bug and a few days of bad insomnia, I haven't been able to do much of anything. I could have worked out today, but had things to do. Gonna get back on schedule this week. Hopefully my lifts won't suffer too much.
I dont work out on Sundays generally but i'm just commenting so I can follow the thread, one day in the very near future I will work out and have something to contribute
Bicep curls, triceps extensions with dumbbells, side bends, upright rows, overhead presses, pull-ups, push-ups, and a two-mile walk. Tomorrow, leg day. HUOH!
i got out of bed. i walked to the bathroom. i walked to the little kitchen nook. i walked to my chair in front of my computer. oh i got up and let the bug man it and out, and said hi to a feral cat.
Squats, lunges, and pull ups last night Today i'm going to fit a run in at some point. And by run I mean a series of sprints for a couple of miles, I dont really enjoy long distance running at all. I take more of a HIIT approach to running
I am about to go running as soon as it starts getting light. Cold weather suits me for running.. I have more difficulty with it in summer.
I'm the opposite. Cold weather stiffens my joints. When i was younger i could run in the cold more easily. I do better in the heat. Even when temps soar above 100 i'm perfectly comfortable. I guess the Florida heat got me use to it.
