Sometimes I burn shit...but I still eat it if it's not too bad

The lowest flame on my gas stove isn't low enough for some things....better stoves will go lower without the flame going out

I have the same problem when I go to my brother's and cook there. His elements go from high to off, no mid ground. The catfish isn't the only thing I've cooked blackened recently.

Paleo pulled pork, star biscuits, and veggies. The pulled pork is out of this world tasty.

I am seriously impressed by some of the stuff you've been posting, though I must say that corn concerns me a bit. :p

    Is that biscuit paleo?

i didn't like the pain of being sick a few days ago, but it did enable me to not be so hungry all the time and i think i may finally be able to get rid of my excess adipoise.

at any rate, today was one small pan of noodles and broth. not fancy cooking. one cap of the bottle its in of lemon concentrate, 1/2 tsp of bullion and small fast cooking noodles in proportion to the amount of water, which i think was about a cup.

Fettuccini Alfredo with some broccoli thrown in the sauce, and tomatoes covered with mozzarella cheese, basil, oil and vinegar and baked for a few minutes

I just cooked sea scallops for the first time in my life. Pan seared. They came out pretty good, but I forgot to take a picture.

Chef Boyardee beefaroni from a can (the big one but only ate 1/3-1/2), toast, toast again, then eggs

Now it's time to go to the store or eat someplace else

With a chef like Boyardee why would you ever want to go out to eat?

I’m mean that’s like dining out every night at the Neptune Oyster House in Boston or at Saint-Emilion’s in Dallas -

I ate four tacos for dinner. And they were good.

Tomorrow I'm sure my tune will change while I'm suffering the shits.
