grocery store had small pork loin at 50% off so i bought one (pack of 2) ...then tried to think what i could do with it ...so i bought a block of st albert cheese and some broccoli ...will try to butterfly it open later and stuff the broccoli and cheese in then shove it in the oven i do it with chicken but have no idea how it will be with pork edit ...turned out great...i wrapped 2 slices of bacon around them too ate one and stuck the other in the freezer to cook another day
I'm on a sandwich spree! Dinner was a sandwich of leftover chicken breast on dark rye with mayo and Dijon mustard and lettuce greens.
Scrambled eggs (with dill and tarragon) for breakfast today, with berries and a clementine. I bought a crate of them since they were on sale. They're so easy to peel and section. I usually have an orange daily but I'll switch to these until they're gone.
I made a sandwich. White toast, the last of the roast beef, au jus, grated mozaerella cheese, dehydrated spinach, and Emeril's Horseradish Mustard.

Potatoes for breakfast? Is that very common? I can't really imagine...it doesn't seem like a very breakfasty type of food. Is it like a cultural thing?
