LOL, these because I didn't want to go to the store.

I found this recipe because Hubby had a can of this on hand.

    They were really good, surprisingly.

I used a half slice of Velveeta on each one instead of chunked Velveeta.

    Corned Beef Sandwich

    Ingredients

    • 1 can corned beef
    • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    • 1/4 cup ketchup
    • 1 tsp. horseradish
    • 1 tsp. mustard
    • 1 cup diced cheese (Velveeta is best)
    • salt
    • pepper

    Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Butter hamburger buns and spread mixture on fairly thick. Wrap individually in foil. Broil 20-25 minutes. These are great man-sized sandwiches and they freeze and keep well.

i did my usual weekly stir fry

little different this time though i didnt want to refreeze the chicken breasts and didnt want them to go funky so i chunked them up and cooked them yesterday then let it sit overnight in the fridge ..actually tasted better and cooked faster today

i did it the usual way with chicken and mrs dash spices then i add a whole chopped up celery (just the best parts) and then i add sliced water chesnuts shrimp and peanuts

its my favourite dish and makes enough for a supper and a next days lunch

That's what I'll be having tomorrow for breakfast. I made a vegetarian pizza for dinner today. Nothing like homemade pizza dough. The toppings are red onion, sliced tomatoes, red bell pepper, mushrooms, roasted garlic, broccoli, mozzarella and after it was cooked I topped it with fermented hot yellow peppers. Yum!

I don't know what it is about pizza but it's no good for me.

If I buy it, I get sick. I make my own I get sick. I don't know what it is. I'm starting to think it's the dough. I get very bloated and gassy from pizza and Itll start within minutes of finishing it. Very sad state of affairs because I love pizza so much.

I baked a 3 level sponge cake with cream and jam between sponge cake and then added blueberries in between and on top. It was so yummy but I feel way overweight now. And I've so much left too.

Tonight, we will eat pork bbq that I made.

I have ground beef, garlic, onion, and bell pepper in the slow cooker now. I've never cooked ground beef in there before. It's doing great. You just have to put 1/4 c. water for each lb. of beef.

I'll use that for spaghetti sauce for tomorrow.
