For Lunch......Lamb Chop, Egg, Pork Sausages, Asparagus, Corn, And Mushrooms...... :chef: Cheers Glen.
That sounds insanely good! I'm trying this next time my boyfriend isn't home for dinner (mushroom hater). Did you grill them or bake them after stuffing?
You live in a warm climate, don't you? I'll be right over with my beachware! I've had enough of this crap they call winter. My body is screaming for warmth. It's more reheating than cooking today. I have leftovers for every meal today. Leftover oatmeal for breakfast, the last of the chili for lunch and the chicken tagine for dinner. I bet the tagine tastes even better today after sitting in the fridge overnight.
I had a super lazy unhealthy dinner today: Kraft dinner. I couldn't leave well enough alone though and covered it in bacon, tomatoes and fried onions.
I love having this for dinner. I am not much of a breakfast person as it takes hours before I can eat so we often have it for dinner.
I didn't cook a maple bacon burger and a grilled chicken salad today....the salad was a misunderstanding but it looks damn tasty so I will take it. I asked for a grilled salmon meal with a side salad but I may have not worded it that way. I was still slightly buzzed from some malt beverage I had a few hours ago. Damn that shit was strong.
I made a French omelette today, I haven't had one in a while. Just a small one with 2 eggs. I have plenty of fresh dill so I made a dill omelette. With sautéed leftover potatoes and blueberries and mango. The mango was so sweet and juicy.
I didn't do too much cooking since I was at my parents place for the day, but my mom made osso bucco for dinner and I have her a hand. I'm glad I did, because I learned a new super yummy recipe!
Dinner was grilled Atlantic salmon fillet, steamed asparagus, sautéed oyster mushrooms with tarragon and kefir with fresh blackberries for dessert.
I'm making a chili for dinner tonight. I used half the beef heart I got yesterday cubed up, a bunch of poblano peppers I roasted and peeled earlier today, some green peppers, onions and tomatoes. That's all stewing away with the spices. I'll add black beans soon then serve it over rice after its cooked a bit longer.
