im sure somewhere hidden within the stacks of papers you sign in the begining of the year allows them to do that. i should really read into those fuckin things. oh well, no matter. im out of highschool. i couldnt deal with that bull shit another year.

I didn't say only 3-4 people drove to school, I said I KNEW 3-4 people, as in 3-4 friends drive to school and park in the lot.

Someone could be 18 and a senior in High School, and own their car. If their parents own the car, they still can't just open it up and take a look around the car.

What's the worst that could happen if you just drove away? Can't be any worse than if you get caught with Bud at school...

One time when they brought dogs to sniff cars at my school, I had my pot in a jar with candles in my car and they never sniffed it.

we had drug dogs at my high school. the cop would take them around the parking every now and then, just to see what they could find.
i think that they're allowed to search ur car without u having to sign something, because when i was in government class last year, my teacher said that because its school property, all ur rights are gone. they can do whatever they want because ur on "school property"...but i dunno, she could have been wrong

    1) You sign a form at the begining of the year that pretty much sells over your soul2) They can hold you until they get a warrent
    3) Drug dogs can smell a lot of stuff
    4) If they see the coffee they check it

i just had a great idea. what if you surrounded the hallway with cayenne pepper juice... the dogs would not even cross over the line of spray.

Cops are going to do whatever they can to bend the law, so even if your friends didn't sign anything consenting search then the cops can ask to search the car, and use their denial as reasonable suspicion to search. And in any cicumstance a triggered dog is reasonable suspicion

Can't you just leave your weed in your house? Why take such a big risk anyway? You can always smoke when you get home.

Everyone should check their local school disctrict's policy regarding these sort of things. In my school district, the school officials are only allowed to do a perimter search along your vehicle. They have to have your permission to get inside of it, or in the trunk. However, if a dog hits on the trunk, and you refuse, they can call LEO and they will be able to offer probable cause for them to search it. It's sort of a "nice" way to invade your privacy.

At my school last year they tried to do a dog search on all the lockers. The problem was that out of 2,484 lockers, they got 2,000 hits. And most of those 484 lef overs were vacant. Only about 60 of the 2,000 hits actually had any marijuana in them.

There's been a lot of speculation as to what happened, but my school blames it on incompetent and hasn't hired any dogs since then. I've heard rumors that a couple stoners went around one lunch time blowing blunt hits into lockers, but that seems improbable to me.

The Dogs can be ran on the perimeter of your vehicle without your permission. Why would they need a search warrent to stand outside your car? But a search warrant must be present to search your car. The thing is when that dog smells something that gives them consent to open your vehicle. And yes drug dogs can smell sealed bud. If you do a little research you will understand exactly how good the noses are on some dogs. But for your fix just park your car about 1 block away from the school and walk from there. Lots of people in my school did this and it solved the problem.

    Ich bin Victor Matlin!

By the way, "through" is a preposition. Your title should be "Through what can drug dogs smell?" . That's right, biatch!

I park in the junior lot right now, but I'm thinking about starting to park at the KMart across the street just for this reason. When you're in the junior lot, the administrators can bust you for smoking cigs .. and they have the right to search your car.

If I was parked at KMart then they wouldn't run the dogs there and I couldn't get in any trouble for the cigs. Plus they don't have administrators around there. (So more stuff happens, almost everyday someone's toking up and you're offered)

So I was thinking about parking at KMart.. the only problem is that the junior lot cost $60 so I'd feel like I was wasting my mom's money..

I don't have to tell her though..

after reading all teh psots all i can conclude with is:

once again, more evidence why america is the shittest country in teh western world.

i carry my weed in my wallet.

    heres a few tips:
park OUTSIDE the school. Unless you go to school in the middle of teh city, i dnot see why you wouldnt be able to find a parking spot, what, 50 metres away???

do your weed transactions after school, or at the end of the day, then your not caryring it around at school.

If your parents own the car, and they havnt signed the parking forms, then it doesnt matter what the form says, since its not your car, tey cant search it.

if they ask you to search it, jsut get in teh car and drive outside of the school. the only thing then is that the police would prolyl follow you out. but then your on state roads so they then need those special cases to search your car. if you think theyre coming, drive it out before they do the search, so theyre not as suspicious.

    or alternatively,
get out of america as soon as you can
