    Well okay, yeah...

    I just find it annoying that people say : Oh I'm this and this and this and this and 0.05692% that like its a cool thing and like it matters. It really doesn't matter if your heritage is lets say Native American or Irish because you have NOTHING to do with those cultures.

    Don't mind me though. Its been a long day...:rolleyes:

    Well American is an immigrant nationality, but different *types* of people.

    My parents were British born.
    But I'm not *fully* regarded as British - cos of my name and appearance.

    This would be even more the case , for say , blacks.
    ..Or Turks...

    And ethnic groups *do* have genetic differences - good and bad.

    ah, but that's not true. i was raised hearing irish songs and learning greek mythology. and my mom has a recipe book that was passed down for generations of all sorts of ethnic dishes.

    You're not fully regarded as British ? Have you lived in Britain your whole life ? Do you speak your grandfather's language ? Are you familiar with his culture ? Were you born in Britain ? Do you have a British passport ?

    You're British. Your name and appearance don't matter.
