I read on the train to University and during work, so I usually get through a book a week. Currently, I'm reading 'Being a Green MOther', the 5th of the INcarnations of Immortality books by Piers Anthony.

I'm also re-reading Watership Down, and slowly working through the Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy books.

I just started readiung the Simarillian by Tolkien. It's more or less a history of Middle Earth.

Totally recomend it to anyone who liked the Ring trilogy. I actually think this book was more well written than the actual ring books.
