I need to exercise today I feel like a fat blob....been eating way to much junk lately. Probablly do some yoga and hooping. Im having a problem learning how to bring my right arm up and out of the hoop and then back down again when the hoop is going around my neck. It's pissing me off. I can do it fine with my left arm for some reason. Rawr. Then I believe Im playing some more frolf today. Amara loves it! Im happy that she does cuz it's a fun hobby that we can do together rain or shine. Speaking of amara she was invited to go on her first big campout with her friends family over memorial weekend. She'd be gone camping with another family for 3 whole days!!!!!! I cant decide if Im cool with it or not. meh. Okbyenow!

On the hooping thing you prob just need to work on your timing, when you wanna take your arm out make sure you wait for the gap to come around.Try just sticking your wrist through the gap and then straight back out again just so you can work on your timing.
Or maybe your concentrating on your arm so much your hooping gets sloppy and the hoops falls? I dunno I just throwing some ideas for ya :)

I thinks its sweet amara has been asked to go camping. As long as you know the other parents family are safe and trustworthy I think she would be ok,and prob love it!

I saw my granny a while ago, she's just turned 84 and although she is fairly well for her age, she started talking about having a home carer in each morning, and she said that she hadn't been out in over a week. And, it began to worry me.

Hope they and you are okay :D

    Cheers Tipsy,

I hate to moan, seems like that's all i'm doing at the moment :(

Suppose things just go like that, I suppose. I do hope, both our grandparents will be alright.

Maybe mine could invite your nan over for a cup of tea, would get her out the house and put a few smiles on everyones faces :p

Major womb pain, does anyone else get this when they're not due to come on for ages? I never get period pain when I'm on either. Weird.

I usually get lower back aches when I'm on. It's bloody annoying. But, no major womb pain beforehand.
