Yo dawg. I built a PS3 in yo PS3 so it'll die WHILE it dies.

 

Mine did too a couple months ago. Called sony and they said they could send a new one for $150. The good thing was I had the original 60gb and they would send the new slim with 120gb (except it isn't backward compatible and most of the games I play are for the ps2).

That was the second time it broke. I think it was the humidity in my apartment or something.
