I took a shower and then hooped for about 20 minutes and am all sweaty! Geesh Im outta shape and now I need another shower! But gawd hooping is fun fun fun! I can get the hoop to go up my body and twirl it over my head now! I feel like such a pro! ha

 

I haven't got any rocks
