Formatted my computer last night but now my font in my browser is kinda wierd.

 

Made a new toy for my little ones, made a salad and thought about applying for a job with a homeless charity.

 

today is 6 years since my dad died so me and my little bro (he's not so little, 18 but he'll always be little to me!) have been sharing a few stories and laughing lots

Today I went into town especially to buy a new shower curtain, cus the ones at home are skaaaaanky. So I spent the whole day cleaning!! Now the two upstairs bathrooms look spotless. Mmmmm, cleeeeean. I even folded the towels. Fuck yea.

 

Worked and did homework all week, bleached my dreads last night, I am one bleach away from being super blonde and I like it, I don't know if I want to put in the red now, only ever other dread or so is sunset blonde but I am digging it anyways so I might keep it like this for a bit then add the red later.

Today I went to IL to my friends Tat shop and go the rest of my half sleeve done FINALLY been like a year now, and it looks amazing. Then I am heading downtown for the night to my friends Club with some peeps. Going to have some drinks and dance to some awesome DJ's.

I will tomorrow, I am doing a Elastic experiment too ATM. I ask my friend how she got her ends to tight so quick, she said she put rubberbands on the ends after they were 8 to 9 months old, because then the hair is pretty knotted already. My back dreads have no problem, but my front tips just don't want to stay knotted at all and its driving me nuts, so I am going to give it a go, because WHY NOT its just my tips and if it works Awesome if not oh well I am taking them out in two weeks I am not letting them dread in lol. So I will post a pic but just a prewarn I have the evil black rubberbands at the tips

 

I went to a 6 year olds bday party with my kiddo. spent the rest of the day doing home improvements. I'm so so tired...

 

Liz, I blunted a few of my tips using a latch hook when they were about 6 or 8 months

im thinking of working on the baby blanket im crocheting but i feel like it looks like crap. everything i crochet just looks sloppy

 

just ate some breakfast after a nice slow wake up, now going to shower, tidy my room a little and work on some more arm warmers to sell before i head up to centrelink (aussie welfare office) to hand in my form that says i'm a starving artist looking for work so please gimme money!
also fit in coffee with a close girlfriend of mine who i see never enough which is probably the most exciting thing about the day

weather's looking gloomy and dark, so i think it's a day for making things that are grey

 

visiting SA, trying to see old friends. one is elusive and the other is in bulimia rehab. so it's proving difficult. I leave for NY on Tues. did I mention I had a crazy allergy? I've been doped.

Ive been moving...packing, commuting, unpacking, organizing, cleaning, and watching after two kiddos and 3 animals who all want to kill eachother....Im exhausted. My daughters friend is spending the night which means Ill be up till midnight watching girly kid movies, painting nails, and eating kettle corn. I just wanna lay down in silence!!!!!!!! meh.

 

Busy busy busy busy day. Took kiddos for a playdate to oldest's bf. So fuN!! We all had a good time. Spent the rest of the day looking after our house and helping with the renos that we have going on here. We're all sleepy... I cant' believe teh weekend is gone... it frigging flew by.

Oh... and I got an email to set the first date for a hoop jam in my city. Date is set! YAHOO!!!

 

it's raining but I don't mind my two wonderful friends are over so were doing lots. now I must shower and coffee to meet them at the train!
