Today is a day ooofffff. I got a bike for my birthday <3 Its such a pretty bike. I need a name for her. I broke all my thrown pots I bought back from uni, and I slipped over in sainsburys. Awesome. I have found my quiet spot to relax: the shed. I'm gonna make it all pretty. I think I'll go for a bike ride now.

Today was my birthday, so I went to brick lane with my sister so she could buy me a prezzie, and I ate thai vegetarian pumpkin curry which was honestly one of the best things I have ever tasted.

 

Nice dude happy birthday! I am vegetarian as well but that sounds like some weird shit you were eating, glad it was tasty!

I had to work on the 4th of July, but i made time and a half. Now i got off and i just toked and will go play with some roman candles and bottle rockets and shiz...lol my own mini fireworks.

 

I took my daughter and two of her friends to a water park today. I was a nervous wreck! They all wanted to go on the biggest water ride there which was basically a 5 million foot drop through a dark tube with enough water to fill an ocean flushing you through it...and they are all so small and fragile...eeeeek....but we wound up going...and to my surprise and relief they were all able to hold on to the raft and nobody lost there shorts! Yaaaaay! Then there was the wave pool. Trying to keep track of three little monkeys in a sea of obese americans in bathing suits was really troubling. However nobody drowned and it made me feel accomplished. All in all a good day. Now Im sunburnt and about to leave for a fourth of July fireworks display thingey. I really just wish I could go hang with some friends and get drunk. I hate fireworks! Im sensitive to loud noises. But the lil one wants to go. bleh. Happy 4th fellow Americanos!

 

I had my bathing suit top fly off going down a really tall waterslide a year or two back. You are supposed to cross your arms and legs but I didn't, left with a major wedgie too.
... Haven't been to a waterpark since.

 

Watched fireworks with my parentals and got tipsy on the vino. My dad was rocking a rainbow beanie which cracked me up

today i went to centrelink (aussie welfare) to sort out my online account that they keep insisting i use, despite the fact it never works
other than that, ate some food and read for several hours

 

Woke up at 5pm, ate, got on hip forums, went on a hour and half walk by myself, came home, got on hip forums and signed up for an account, and thats bout it.

It's in the beginning of this episode... and now I'm sleeping because I have work in 8.5 hours

 

The last time I was at a waterrpark some little punk grabbed my crotch in the wave pool. Never again.

Today is just another monday. I will go to work, try to get some research done, silently curse my boss who still hasn't submitted my letter of recommendation, come home, try to find soemthing to do, find nothing to do, smoke a blunt and pass out.

 

Got more permanent hours at work. The guys who were harrassing me last week left me alone but some random drunk who was talking to me kept feeling my breasts as he was talking to me. I told him to stop it and he apologised but whenever he hugged me apologetically he'd cop a feel again. I fucking told him to stop disrespecting my husband who was sat next to me [husband was talking to someone else so he was oblivious] and the drunk said that I need to be independent and decide for myself instead of my husband who feels my tits [wtf?].

I am furious with myself that I didn't head butt him the 2nd time I told him off.

happy birthday dragonvine! i can't believe you're only 20, for some reason i always had you pegged as older (in a mental maturity sense, not trying to say you look old! )

today i have to get my license replaced, do heaps of washing so i can pack for my holiday, buy scuba gear and catch up with some friends
it took me an hour and a half to get out of bed and dressed cause it's so cold, but i've done it now and am about to head out

in a surprisingly bouncy mood today - probably partly because i'm getting ready for this holiday and partly because a good friend of mine told me last night that he's moved back from sydney to melbourne - after a good 18 months or so of not seeing each other, i'm looking forward to hanging out over some brews and a smoke and calling each other obscene and inappropriate nicknames

aaaaaannnndddd i'm gonna buy myself breakfast at a cafe for a treat, yumyum french toast i think!
