What Are You/Have You Been Doing Today.?

I still do that too Can't be without my camping in the summer.

 

Have a fear of getting lost so I couldn't travel on my own I can't even go to Exeter alone because I'm terrified of getting lost, I don't have a mobile either so I couldn't ring anyone.

Also get very confused by the dramatic changes in air travel like checking in online and printing your own tickets absolutely baffles me. How can you check in if you haven't even got there?

I don't understand this whole, I'll do it myself online, I'd rather go through a travel agent they are more trustworthy than an online server

 

My last few times I have bought tickets online. It's so much easier and much more convenient. I hate going to travel agents and banks and things like that.

Getting lost hasn't really ever crossed my mind, I'm quite a spur of the moment person, so I often do things without actually thinking it through.

Oh I will, my passport doesn't run out 'til I'm 26. You'll have to tell me what to expect at airports and what I can and can't take on a plane.

 

I can get lost and not worry about it if I'm with people, but if I'm on my own then it's likely I'll have a panic attack.

 

That's another thing I hate - renewing passports, I had to fill that bloody form in about five times the other year Post offices don't know what they're doing half the time

LOL I had to re do mine because I'd signed a millimetre out of the signature box.

Urgh my husband's in a right mood with me because he wants to borrow a couple of hundred quid from the rent money to pay some bills. Put my foot down. At this rate we're not going to get six months advanced rent by August

 

I've never been on a plane abroad, so I haven't had the stress of airports. God I think I'd hate it. I'm with you hdh, if I were on my own I'd have a breakdown or something xD But If I'm on the tube on my own its fine, I can fly through it, but if I'm with someone else I seem to slow down and worry more.. hm.

particularly when my flight came in thereafter, and I couldn't get out of the departure lounge seat

Thanks guys,Im just a bit shocked to be honest,the doctor was quite pleased that they found it in a early stage and hes to have a operation to remove/replace a tube in/around the prostate,Im not sure now it was alot to take in.
He seems ok,hes always had a 'get on with life' attitude but he lives on his own,not too far away though so Ill have to be keeping a eye on him for a while.
Its pretty depressing really,my mum has secondary lung cancer(spread from previous breast cancer) but the tumors are very very small so she is on medication and has been for a while now,she has regular scans to se if they get bigger and if so the docs will have to think about more chemo/radiotherapy but hopefully that wont happen...
Its a bit scary having both parents with cancer,am I more at risk now?? Im prob just bing silly but lots of thoughts going through my mind

Blimey chemi, thats a bit shit having two parents with cancer. At least both parent's tumours are small. I hope everything stays that way
