do you think you would have been ready if you'd waited 10 more years? the way I see it is the longer you live as one the harder it is to adjust to a little babe who needs all your attention. same as marraige.

I think this is different for everyone. Some people if they had children young would have a lot of "what if" questions about their life. There is no 1 answer for everyone.

I think I would of been better around now,i was a bit of a loose wire and found it really hard adjusting to motherhood.I felt like I was missing out on so much BUT I see now that I did not miss out on anything. Now Im really chilled out/wiser and I see what really matters in life so I think that I would cope so much better.
I guess everyone has diff experiences though..did you hear about that woman last week in uk that was in hers 60's having a baby?? OMG
I would never have another though I got so post nataly depressed after having elize that it put me off for life!
Gimme a bunch of cats anyday!

Hehe I love hearing about other people's kids : D

I can't decide when, or even whether I want kids >< My man (for life, hopefully :)) Doesn't want them, he scowls at screaming infants in the street, and I can understand that, but i dunno xD I dunno. I'd love to have kids, I think 0o I dunno.. In my life plan with him there aren't any little feet anywhere, but I was cleaning out my room the other day and I kept all my favourite childhood books, and kept thinking to myself 'ohh I'll keep these for me babbehs in the future' xD

And if I did have kids, I don't know when I'd have them... 27 seems to young and 30 seems too old : ( I don't want them to be too young when I erm.. die.. etc.. GOD I can't bare thinking about that with my own parents... Let alone my own kids :( BUt thats a scary thought I don't want to think of so meh... I also would be afraid of the kids taking over my life so much I wouldn't have time for my man :( or to do my glass or ceramics... I dunno :(

    Meh xD

I guess it might just all fall into place?

    ...Hopefully?

    xD

Lets see.. today I worked. I got my contact ball in the mail! My goal this summer is to begin contact juggling...and hopefully be OK at it by the end. Or at least have learned something. I also got a henna kit the other day and tried it for the first time on my hand. Turned out pretty crappy but I guess I'll keep practicing ^_^

I don't remember you saying that to me :p

Also I wants to try lampworking too, mostly for the fire and molten glass. I should probably just build a forge and rekindle my love of hitting hot metal because I was actually quite good at it.

I'm a young mama too. I got pregnant when I was 18 and was in grade 11, gave birth when I was 19. It was tough at first, especially while I finished school and was on assistance, but I have no regrets about being a young mom.
I may have given up my 20's, but I'll be 38 when my daughter graduates and I think my 40's will make up for anything I missed when I was younger.

I hope they all want you smelly :D xD I need a job too :( Its either a small cramped very busy village pub I can walk to or take my chances in a shop, where I'll have to get a lift or the bus to ><

Today its uber sunny. I had an uber long lie in, just cus I could ^^ Now Its uber hot, and I'm wondering if I should stay in the shade of my stuffy room, with a fan.. Or brave the outside and risk getting a headache, heatstroke and consiquently dying of exhaustion ^^ Theres nothing to do outside anyway... Theres the park a million miles away.. But here I have a corset in the making, so I might pull out me sewing machine and get stuck in ^^ And rinse the electricity from the house with laptop, speakers, fan, aand sewing machine aalll going at once ^^ Ahh a student life is good :p
