well aren't you productive mandy. I woke up at 1030 and it's 1130 and all I've done is wash my hair, make coffee, and calisthenics. Though the fact I've already gotten exercise today is a good thing. I have class in 2 hours and I have to memorize a scene for acting tomorrow.

Also, No cigs Sat or Sun. I think I might just keep going with this.......

Good luck Z... I just passed the two week mark. Gonna do it this time. I can do it I can do it I can do it...

Last night I slept like shit. Up for an hour and a half during the night... typical for hte past few weeks. It gets really annoying.

Happy dreadversary to me!!! One year. Wow. Gonna try and muster the energy to take at least one good photo of them today. I used Dr Bronners yesterday and I enjoyed it. I don't feel any residue or anything. Score!

Oohh yeeaa good luck Z and daisy :D

Today I went into uni and made lots of pebbles. Just had a sexy dinner.

Been thinking about summer jobs... There is one of those paint-a-plate things in one of the towns near me back home, I'm gonna give 'em an email to say ello :D Also, my summer begins the beginning of June, and my old school and college both finish end of july... Since they both have kilns, I'm thinking I could volunteer as a helper or something, get some experience with working with younger students :) Yay ^^

I wouldn't dare. Is this the first time you've tried speech therapy for it? I'm well versed in the whole speech pathologist world/apts having gone with my son for the past 4 years. I hope it helps you out.

This is the first time I've gone to anyone for it. It's a mild lisp that I've had all of my life.

I went to speech therapy once or twice, but that was when I was 2 or 3, because I was a late speaker :D I do still have troubles with my speech though... But never bothered seeing anyone about it since its just easier for me to keep quiet ^^ Mute almost :D

I like all bran. Its a cereal. But, its making my ibs flare up. Duh.. Got half a box left and it cost like £2. >< grr wwaassttee

Oh, and I got a dozen doughnuts for £1 :D My house mate made me go out to get electricity (I had a long and tiring day.. I Wasn't too happy) which is a mile away, fucking place was closed >< SO doughnuts = happy.. Only got 50p on the meter, so no elec but we got doughnuts!

Food and me are weird when I first got diagnosed with ibs it was coffee that flared it up currently it's sausages, it used to be frozen sausages now it's fresh. It changes constantly. I keep it under control by trying to eat small meals and not exceeding 1500cals a day

My dr wants to send me for a colonoscopy because he disagrees with the diagnosis my former dr gave me. But the research I did tells me my former dr gave me the right diagnosis and colonoscopies are only required in the 50+.

Try drinking fybogel that might help with the flare ups.

They stick a camera up your bum!! They knock you out first though but diagnosing young people is just a series of questions. Apparently my dr has only been a doctor for 5 years. Everyone hates him. I can't get my meds anymore so I have to use them sparingly. I might just get some over the counter stuff.

Had a great weekend, saw ATB and danced my butt off. Today I Got caught up on homework, picked up my paycheck, and got my grocery shopping done. I thought going organic was going to be really expensive, but it hasn't been that bad. Oh and my head boss saw my dreads for the first time lol, she was like when did you start those, I was like 8 months ago. She said, I guess so and touched them lol, I wear a hat while working anyways not like it matters really, until the tips dread, but even then I can still keep them =) ..

thanks guys!! ugh, dunno if I'll be able to do it. It's not like I have bad cravings all the time but some evenings I just want one so bad. I feel like to quit smoking I need to quit drinking coffee and alcohol, too. I have been trying to get super healthy. My diet is great now and I exercise most days so I think I need to take the next step. I bought some detox tea. I need to get clean...

DLFTW - I have a lil lisp too lulz

ANYWAY. today I missed class, cashed a check, bought a battery for my scale and discovered I lost weight, bought a lamp for my vanity table, and bought a purple clutch. CLUTCH
