What are you/have you been doing today?

had college assestments, went ok but got a result on a short story i had to write and i apparently failed it which is total crap, so now im going about challenging the grade, even my lecturers dont understand how i was failed after having him grade a first draft and not failing me

 

trying to make my boyfriend's bday a good one. but he is being a grumpy asshole

 

Went to do some shopping, then went to a classic car show, they did have some realy cool cars there like Lotus Esprit, Jag Etypes, Mini Cooper s etc although how a BMW 7 series, a Bently Continental GT and a Scooby is a classic car I don't know ???

 

didnt have to open work today, so i came in around 130...woke up just a bit before and messed around in the world of warcraft...so then i went to work, and im still here til 9 tonight

but im not gonna do anything but surf the web, and i went and bought a mickeys to drink to help pass the time... :cheers2:

so we got back from Toronto yesterday. Kiddo is doing excellent at 5 months post transplant... YAY!

i saw soo SOOO many freaking gorgeous dreads while in toronto though. Like some gorgeous girl in the eatons center, with long LONG black locks. i was pissed my cell was dead or I would have stolen a picture. and some other mama at sick kids, And then in the bus stop while in line for a slushie, this person with the most gorgeous little locs.. my bf and I are at odd whether is as a guy or a gal. but the locks were gorgeous.

Hmmm... so ya.. my useless info. Today, hanging with the little man while the hubby has a boys night out with a few friends from back in the day! Earning my next three weekends of girls nights! Yay!

 

Ive got to do a shitty night shift in about 20 min, till 6am tommorow, I'm also trying to do the fastes install of XP on record for someone who's been moaning at me for 2 weeks to fix their PC. It didn't boot so I just nuked it, it's one of these ones where they've used about 5% of their HDD and only ever use it for e-mail and peggle, so I just though, fuck them, clean install.

 

Took the kiddos out to bike at this "new" park. Figured out two minutes after we got there that it was actually just a beautiful cemetery. For some reason, I love cemeteries... they can be so darn beautiful. Then went to the chiro adn then took kiddos out to a park to feed some birds. Damn geese chased us while this old man laughed at us. Oi it was funny!!! Great day so far. I think it is all because the sun has come back out again.

 

Dumdeedum well today has been the THIRD short-sleeved t-shirt day for me this year! Wahey! Still with a vest underneath but yeh it's progress. Potted up my ten little tomato plants that are gonna be big old beasts in another fortnight, sowed some salads, counting down the days until it's safe to start putting things in the ground. I'm pretty sure the frosts are over now, but I'd rather be safe than sorry.

Ummm...head filling up with more and more tattoo designs and the dawning realisation that I need to figure out a way to make my crappy artwork earn me lots of money RIGHT NOW! lol So yeh

Also feeling a bit bored with this place these days... which is a good sign probably; perhaps I'll get a life eventually

 

i dressed up in a suit and shaved and pulled my dreads back, getting ready for an interview. and so i was looking really slick and trendy when i arrived at the "super lounge" for the interview. it turns out the woman in charge is smoking hot, i was practically drooling... anyway i got the job, and i was way overdressed...lol its a job passing out flyers for club nights during happy hour!! sweeet!

and i also brought eliza, gorgeous sweetheart from my high school daze, and paul with me into the city and we had a chill time.

now i'm going to my cousins bar mitzvah and i gonna get shit-faced!

I spent the morning in my garden, weeding and transplanting and discovering that all of my herbs survived the winter.
I have just used a box of dye on my head, and I am now imagining what I will look like when all my dreads are purple.

 

I spent all day getting swine flu

I spent the day in the garden too! planted lettuce and corn and carrots and cucumbers and zucchini and tomatoes.

Purple sounds cool, that's my fav color. What kind of dye did you use? I'm thinking of dying mine.

2 schools in my city got closed today because someone had the flu- can anybody say overreaction???

 

all schools in my city have been closed since last friday and will not open till the 6th, plus all movie theaters and basically places were people gathered are mostly closed, restaurants only have to go services..... yep I say overreaction.... plus Im bored there nothing to dooooo
