What are you/have you been doing today?

its not a tough area, its my parents place in an old people area, they were just a group of idiots passing through, i would have done something only there was ten of them and fortunatly the balls did not hit me.

still though, in 9 months of having dreads that is my only bad experience

 

hdh: if the clips you bought didn't work out for you, try searching for alligator clips on a craft supplies retail website, or etsy. that way you will find plain ones you should be able to find a variety of sizes and stuff too.

dragonvine: i think you'd be better off opening an etsy store than selling on ebay. i sell buttons on ebay and that works well cos they're fairly commercial type items, but i also make jewelry and it just doesn't sell on ebay so i'm going to start listing my stuff on etsy. just do a search for the kind of thing you are interested in selling, and see how much luck others have had selling it and what prices they sell at. there's a link on every sellers page to a list of their sold items. it's also really cheap to list things (i think 40c for 3 months) so you could try listing a few things and if they don't sell it's really no biggie.

 

Didn't even bother to think of Etsy. Duuuuuuhhhh *facepalm* Some arrived today they're not too bad gonna wait for the ones with the retarded crystals to come see if they're wider and will clip my monster dread down. Speaking of monster dread, the tip of it is hanging by a few strands I think it might drop off. Which means I'll have to cut the dread on the opposite side so they match. Boooo!!!

 

Im in Orange county with my extended fam for about 3 days. Its been nice being back in my home town but also kind of weird. I took a drive this morning and its pretty sad yet funny when you can say to yourself while looking out the window....wow....smoked pot for the first time there....lost my virginity there......tripped on acid in that tree.....lol and thats just the beginning of it all. Oi vey. Im meeting up with old friends later today. I havnt seen them in about 10 years!

I went to black friday at toys-r-us at midnight. Argh. The line was wrapped twice around the building and people were revved up on turkey and coffee. It was insane. I decided I didnt want to die over a discounted easy bake oven set so I left. But I went again this morning at 6. Shelves were torn off the wall! It was war. But I got a cool keyboard for my daughter that was marked down to 50 bucks. lol

 

Oi my tummy hurts today. Wahhhh....

Gotta get healthy for my big night out tomorrow. I always enjoy wearing or bringing something fun. I will be wearing my fluorescent pink and yellow sunglasses for the 1980s. I cant' seem to find a pic on google of them. I found them in my old toybox when I was visiting my parents last. Should be fun. Geting soooooo excited. Gonna be a long day. =)

Counting down the minutes from when I got to work to before walking out the door knowing I don't have to go back for 2 DAYS !!!!

 

I'm having a bit of a freak out. I forgot about a gig in London I'm going to with a friend next week on thursday, and it will cost me £50 for train and gig ticket. My tattoo will cost £180, £60 a session. I was planning on getting the outline done on monday. But if I do both of these things, that will be £110. That will leave my over draft too deep, and will leave me with not much till Jan. Now... Do I postpone the tat till I get some money in Jan? I will have to be patient. This tattoo is gorgeous. I want it now. I can't let down my friend about the gig. Its Killswitch Engage, and they are nom. And I haven't seen her in forever. So I'm having a proper freak out about how shit I am with money. Proper, proper shit with money. Need to go back and undo all those stupid impulse buys.

Good news, I found a UK etsy-like online shop. Misi or something.. So will get busy this weekend making stuff to sell on there. Earn me some more money.. Lol.

I'm with HDH, tat is forever. Also no matter how awesome the band you can end up having a shit gig, get crushed to fuck or end up stuck somewhere you can see fuck all, or get twated in the face by some cocksucker trying to mosh.

I had a fucking annoying day, woke up at 10 (which is good considering I work till about 3am) turned off my alarm and then next thing I know it's 3pm, so at some point in the 30 seconds since I woke up I fell back alseep and then slept for another 5 hours. Nearly brought what looked like a nice home cinema system from tesco only to get pointed towards the display model where I discovered it to be shit, dodged a 150 quid bullet there, but I was still disapoint.
