ive just filled out most of a UCAS application to go to uni next year =D ive finally made my mind up, yeeeyy

 

my boring life....

woke up, ate a bunch of foods like hard boiled eggs, cereal, and carrot juice. i biked 20 miles to the gym where i lifted weights. i found out i weigh 151 lbs and i have 3% body fat which is where i want to be right now. my one year plan has me gaining another 10 lbs of muscle. i'm 6'1" and i could stand to gain a lot more leg muscle for the next biking season. this year i was training for criterium racing, next year i'll be placing in the top ten and hopefully winning a few. my 5 year plan is geared towards doing a grand tour. now i'm about to go cook up some steak and pasta. then do some graphic design homework.
