i just got back from the beach, had a whole lot of fun. kind of bummed though, the ocean swallowed like 3 peyote stitches, one of which i made last night that took a really long time and was black with flames on it. i really liked it and i already lost it.
got back and picked up my friend, he just started his head on neglect today, it was funny cuz i taught him how to use baking soda to wash and he thought i was fucking with him, and now he wont shut up about how clean it made his head feel.

Is it decadent to be able to watch videos in bed on a flat screen tv thats so big that when you watch them in a window so you can browse the internet at the same time it's still bigger than a lot of peoples TVs?

Also im bored and / or hungry. If we all lived in one big house share that would be awesome. We could argue over who had to make me a cup of tea, then i could sulk and have ribeana

^^edit, i wrote that assuming it was just me and HDH still, fuck you lot and your time zones.

I'm sure it is decadent. I have a 2005 sony trinitron. I can make you a brew. I love them with five sugars. I don't have any ribena. I like the strawberry variety.

What?! LOL I like it really sweet. Urgh been rudely awoken by a washing machine repair guy fawning over my dog. Call out men always have to tell us stories about how they went to this house blah blah...Alsatian was really friendly then it goes for them. They're really shocked when my dog just wants to cuddle everyone.

I think I'm going to peruse Etsy. So many beautiful things. I cannot possess them all.

    Edit
So, I can't get my washing machine fixed. Husband put a bath mat in it and the guy said that they can't fix something that was our fault and the manufacturer won't even touch it. So yes. No washing machine. No money to get a new one. Didn't know not to put one in. Apparently if we use it it'll explode. Fuck. Gonna try and get one cheap on eBay or better still, freecycle.

    Edit 2.
Someone has it in for us today. Ordered some presents for husband for our wedding anniversary. Needless to say EVERY single one arrived today... in less than perfect condition.

If more than 350 characters were allowed this would be an excellent "FML"story.

did he say what was wrong with it? I've fixed a few in my day there primarily made of fuck all, or maybe im thinking of tumble dryers. Either way if it's mechanical it's fixable. Just don't count on being able to reassemble the rear bearing on the drum because they are normally made out of plastic or stamped metal and are generally shit and designed to break. Also i am still awake, going till sleep now, told my sis to wake me at 4.

Something about the bath mat had caused the drum to blow or some shit like that. Apparently they're inundated with these things. He said that we could have a go at fixing it but there's no way of knowing whether it'd be safe. And husband doesn't know anything about them machines. He's gutted. Feel sorry as fuck for him, he's being chased left right and centre for money off loan comps. He's been begging his bank to send him some forms out for something which he "can't tell me about the details" and it's been six weeks. I don't think I've ever seen him cry before.

We are proper in the shit. And there's fuck all I can do because no one will hire me round here because it says somewhere on my CV I plan to relocate to Devon within the year. But I only put that on there to increase employers viewing it in Devon..Fuck knows why employers are still getting hold of that CV actually because I deleted that in January and uploaded a new one. So I'm looking for work in Devon but don't know how I'm gonna get interviews seeing as I can't exactly afford to pay £100 in train fares for jobs interviews I probably won't get.

HDH - You need to do up a few resumes. You may already have done this... or maybe your resume is saved for all employers to look at... but if you can, try and create two. To be honest, I "adjust" my resume for just about every job I apply for. I look at what tehy are asking for and make my resume be their perfect match. em hmm.... Maybe obvious... maybe helpful, too early for me to tell.

And, I would love to be roomies with you guys. Screw you Pypes! Just cuz I'm a different time zone doesn't mean I do'nt wanna come too. :(

Chemi... your tea is coming straight up!

I screwed up....I thought I had a few months left on my EI claim, but it ended yesterday. I have spent the last 24 hours desperately looking for work in an area that has no work. I discovered that the area we just moved from has a ton of work for me...but I really don't wanna move back there.
Good news is that I am going to an orientation for the local self employment program next week. If all goes well, I'll get a living allowance while I start up my home based business.

I design and make clothing, costumes, jewelry, fashion accessories and anything else that I can sew, crochet or glue together. I try to use recycled materials whenever possible.
I also teach hoola hoop dance classes and I'm hoping to start performing soon.

Mama, do you want to set up an online store to sell your items? Or are you looking more at setting up a real world store?

I'd like to sell on-line, especially through the winter months, and then hit the festival/farmer's market circuit in the summer. I have a couple of local shops that are interested in selling my creations too.
