found out that the burlesque competion im going to watch my friends in is actually a burlesque ball and now need to find a rocking suit and hat, also something for the lady accompanying my to the ball for saturday, only problem being, im working a double tomorrow

 

is a burlesque ball just a dress up type party or is there more involved?

I'm taking a break from scrubbing rust off the chrome parts of a vintage biike I picked up. Gonna do a half ass restoration on it so I can give it to my little sister for her birthday. The bicycle is about 50 years old.

yes and no, its like a regular ball in that sense of the word, just in burlesqe dress, there is however a best burlesque star in dublin competition that will be going on during it, i think there is about 15 or so acts.

The last couple of days my sister and mum have been really pushy with me to clean the house and do my essay, but I can't do it. so I've been blokcing my sister out and being quiet around mum, trying to not get into conversation about.. anything, cus anything would lead to the issues abouve xD. Last night me and my sister had a huuuuge talk about everything, and I think we are ok now, things are good again, I hate it when its all awkward but now its all good so its all awesome

yesterday i found out they didn't refill my food stamp card. now i have no food.

 

how much do they give you for food every week vig?
Is it like a sort of benefit if your on a low income or still studying?

We dont get food stamps here,they give us money instead and trust us to use it wisely.

 

i'm going to budapest for a day and a night and then about 100 km from the city to a forest, a place called ozora. ozora festival is there.
i'm all exited and packing and stuff.. gonna start the journey at 7 am tomorrow wiiiii
