i am packing to go home, been at comic con in new york for the last week, bag is packed, full of my gf's books and stuff that she picked up here, pretty sure that i'm over the wieght limit. will find out tomorrow

I rescued a kitty from a storm drain today

 

got back from new york. had a great time, was in fact over the weight limit but i met stan lee which was pretty bad ass and saw a lot of the city, was a good trip

 

had a fricken awesome shift at work today. love the girls i work with. one more shift tomorrow, then a three day weekend with my besty who's coming home from uni. gonna be on it like sonic

 

i have london death. i have painful thighs (i blame london). i have bruised ribs (i blame london). at least i dont have black bogeys. i usually do when ive been to london. good week has been good! i am officially in my mid twenties and am already planning my 25th birthday 'do. my dreads are 3 years and 8 months and 3 days and badly in need of a wash, but im going to a gig tomorrow so ill wash them on sunday. i have volunteering today and work tomorrow. weeeeeeeeeeeeee!

Today is raining, I like rain. My cat is attacking a moth on the other side of the window, shes scared of the washing machine and my washing machine is too loud makes my brain hurt. Dreads are getting dreadier yay dready dreads yay.

When I get back from London I feel like London has assulted me. I hate the place! Shame I live 30 miles away.. good thing I'm moving up norf!

Bloke is dying today. He has got man flu. So we've been planning our Xmas/New Years celebrations I'm gonna be spending pretty much the whole holiday up there, except between the 23rd and 27th of December. I don't think my mum would be too happy that I'd stay up there over xmas xD ANYWAY we're hoping to buy a Teepee and camp in north west wales over new years. That's right. 1st of January we'll be in the mountainous West Wales where it could be near freezing temperatures

Saw my ex out on Friday with his new bird. proceeded to down 8 jaegerbombs in a row and then threw up in the toilets, classy. Saturday i met a lovely guy who i spent the rest of the weekend with and have a date with on wednesday, n'aww.
Plus i only have two days of work this week, then about 9 days off woop! things are looking up for moi

Went to Voodoo fest this weekend. Amazing. I saw more dreads than I've ever seen in one place lol.

 

went to a gig on thursday, may have gone a bit mental in the pit, may have swung my dreads a lot, may have got rock neck, may have made people give me a wide berth (srsly, the pit opened up around me just so i could dance. fucking A).

i also went to a gig last night, and had my dreads in a low bun. dude tapped me on the shoulder, turns out he & his mrs were quite old, and he was all like 'your hair is awesome! how long does it take? how long have you had them?' so i told him, and then i took them out of the bun to show them off a bit, and he was all like WOOOWWWW and stuff. made me feel good. woo!
