    i have scrambled salmon last night for dinner^

    i have tortillas con queso every morning for beakfast. we made hummus for the first time the other night, and it was delish.

    who knows aboutt onight though...

    Homemade granola with hemp hearts and dried strawberries, topped with plain yogurt and honey.

    does houmous = hummus?

    when I make hummus i like to throw a bunch of sun dried tomatoes in there.. yummm. Then i use it as a spread on sammiches :D

    I'm a strong meat eater as well, but vegetables are positively awesome as well.

    I can't eat tomatoes if they are in big chunks or whole.. must be blended in a sauce or masked somehow.

    I've invented an awesome way to do jacket potato. Well, not the jacket potato, just preparing the stuff to go on it.... I melt some butter, put some garlic in it with salt and italian herbs, then pour it over the potalol :D OH and you have to have couscous and cheese. Couscous is nom ^^
