Went for cheap with the Killian's Red. Wishing I had my Magic Hat.

 

last night went to the bar my friend's brother works at....

had a shot of jameson, a glass of burning helles, and a shot of myer's original dark rum...had more of same rum at home, along with a glass of trois pistoles

 

burnin' helles, btw, was extremely good considering it came from the makers of budweiser...but still disappointing for the style. i would buy it in the store if it were going for under 8 bucks per sixpack.


tonight im drinking a leinenkugel's red (nice, if not a craft beer) and some tullamore dew....the tullamore dew is about what i anticipated....very nice smooth irish whiskey...i can think of other liquors i'd prefer, but this hits the spot tonight

 

I was driving through PA and came across this cheap beer that really impressed me. its called lionshead. from what i heard the only people who really buy it are college kids but i like it so thats what im having tonight.

Louisiana New Orleans Amber.

I had not seen it before, I tried it because it was locally made, and it turned out to be very good.

 

Tullamore Dew is the most kick ass whiskey there is. The only thing to come close is Wild Turkey Rye, if you like whiskey.

 

tullamore dew is ok, but its really not too different from jameson...neither compare to a good scotch whisky, though. never had rye.

tonight i had a pilsner urquell, a murphy's irish stout, half an MGD at my parents' house, and a duvel.

 

Tonight/this morning......Cherry 7up & Tattoo. Sounds odd, tastes like a fruit rollup.

Some guy ran into my car when I was on vacation, he smashed into the drivers side rear door when I was going about 60. I didnt know what it was so I didnt stop, instead I went 4 blocks away to my hotel and then called the police. So they consider that hit and run, and reckless homicide, with a mimimum of 10 years.
