Now drinking Uinta 21st Anniversary Birthday Suit Sour Farmhouse Ale. For those who have never had a sour or wild ale before, there is nothing quite like it. These ales are brewed with brettanomyces yeast, which gives these beers a very puckery and funky tart flavor that is quite unlike anything else in the realm of beer. This particular brew is just phenomenal -- one of the best sour ales I've tried to date. Damn this is good.
Cold refreshing muscato. Ash got me into drinking wines like these on a hot summer day (or night, as it is).
