I just went and handed in the John Sanford book, "Buried Prey". I LOVE Lucas Davenport very much, and Sanford has allowed Lucas to age and mature along with me...but Lucas still gets him some. :2thumbsup: Anyway, also picked up 2 Laurell K. Hamilton books, "Bullet" and "Hit List"... Looked for a Lee Childs book, or even another Sanford b/c there are a couple of Virgil Flowers books I haven't read...but no go. But Laurell K. is cool and witty. Some of her stuff I will admit to skipping over. That is the library here. :mickey:
Lynn--Picked up a Lee Childs yesterday--The Killing Floor. I think it's about the only one I haven't read. Will finish it today. Also picked up some authors I haven't read before=Robert Crais,T. Jefferson Parker. Also a Tami Hoag-Dust to Dust,2 Ann Rule true crime books. The true crime books are fascinating because of how twisted people can be. I've read 2 Virgil Flowers books and they are as good as the Lucas books. I'll look for Laurell K Hamilton and check her out. Ain't life grand????
Scratcho, if I didn't have an escape into "my" books, I'm afraid I might be sitting around stoned and drooling somewhere... As it stands, yeah...life is grand.
