    The Power of Myth - Joseph Campbell
    Spinal Breathing Pranayama (journey to inner space) - Yogani

    they're all good :D

    I have a picture in my head of you surrounded by cereal boxes and shampoo bottles having a good read of the instructions and ingredients lists. ;)
