    The fear of not being in control.

    Every phobia is rooted in this.

    lately i've been having really weird dreams and hearing strange noises at night so i have this irrational fear of somebody killing me in my sleep... i'm slowly getting over it, i just have to reject my sister's love of horror movies and insist we watch sappy family movies when i'm over there
