Not at all. But most weekends we'd have a fire going to cook on or just to sit around with a beer. My Dad's version of TV haha.

 

Just back from a bouldering competition in Manchester, I came 4th in the Beginners comp! (Out of a hundred or so)

So you had lots of big chunks of nice old hardwood and you burnt it? Tis a travesty.

In unrelated news I've been car booting, got myself an orb drive along with some orb disks for my "slightly unusual storage media" collection, saw a little babby anvil that had had the shit kicked out of it over the years, wanted to rescue it from the dealer but I wasn't prepared to pay dealer prices for knackered tools, feeling guilty now. Did however also get a flash gun (with a trigger voltage up around 180v so I really shouldn't use it without modding it) a boxed sony walkman and a 150 year old pair of bellows.

Good weekend has thus far been good.

 

I Was Given Ten 25 Foot Lengths Of 14"X14" Hardwood Bearers That Were Rotten In

The Core But Appeared O.K. From The Outside, This Is Why They Were Condemned.

What Else Could They Be Used For Apart From Firewood Or Landscaping In My Garden..

Just been cutting up some 8''x2'' floor joists into nice pypes standard firewood units, they split real easy, was nice.

 

i have been drunk.

 

went up to the camp ground where my dad is staying. we had a cook out with him and the girls

 

went on a photo walk with my brother and the dog. I've had this camera for more than a month and this is the first time I really took the time to learn how to use it. It was fun, I'll try to do it more often, maybe when it starts raining, the city looks beautiful then

 

Had another finals exam today.

There was a fire alarm in the middle of it...
So we all had to leave it and head outside for half an hour or so, meanwhile we weren't allowed to talk to anyone because the exam wasn't finished. Finally got let back in ad got a little extra time to compensate.

At least I don't think I did too bad, and hopefully enough to pass the subject.

 

E3 starts in 5 hours

That is all I will be doing today and tommorow

 

If half life episode 3 doesn't get announced I'm going to kill everybody

I think that's just about the right level of reaction tbh.

Gaben wouldn't dare waddle himself on stage and not announce Ep / HL 3 due to his inability to flee from the ensuing riot.

 

Given the epic fail to stick to the episodic "no long waits" gaming idea, I'm expecting at least Ep 3, and maybe a HL3 teaser, about time we got a new engine!
