Was on my way to the skatepark after a pleasant, but uneventful, dawnpatrol and my dad calls me and tells me he needs a ride,

"Okay..."
"you'll see the ambulance..."
"WTF!!!!"

He was in a bike lane and got cut off by someone in a city (municipal) vehicle who didn't signal, went over the handlebars, landed on his head (thankfully he is smarter than me and wears a brain bucket), then the cop who filed the report told him that there is no fault since there was no contact with the vehicle.

Fucker did it to me on the way to the train station and hour ago, luckily I spotted the idiot in time. The lane was left turn only ffs, what was he expecting my to do?

the point finally got across that the walls are not moving. Damn cold, I cannot talk.

Today I am rat-sitting. The original rat isn't fantastically keen on the new one, he keeps squishing him in his box xD So while their owner (my housemate) is at work I ams in charge of teh ratties. The older one bit me last night. I have come to the conclusion that I don't get along with small jumpy bitey animals. I want a dog instead ^^

Dissertation is taking shape <3 limit of the whole thing is 6-8k words, I have 6k of notes. I think this is good.

Edit: 30 mins later : 7.5k of notes.

today i am doing research, going to a festival, and a going away party for a former coworker. nice to be occupied and not think about the dumb shit in my life.

 

Today will be used to kayak through the mangroves and then painting lovely pictures. I've been drinking a thousand liters of water a minute but still feel dehydrated, damn cold.

 

my mate had a rat, his cage was on the floor and when i stayed round hers, it bit my toe in my sleep and chewed up my duvet! dogs ftw

 

I <3 them when they are in a cage or when they are being held by someone else- or I'd love a really lazy one! I love bunnies, and ferrets, but when I'd come around to handling them they'd jump all opver the place and I'd have to catch them. they are always trying to run away.. So my logic, get a pet who will come back!

I worked all day yesterday. Went straight to a mates house afterwards, then we went to another friends 18th. Stayed there the night then worked all day today aswell. Wasn't hungover but still felt a bit crap because I hadn't eaten much at all both days or night, plus working in the sun and drinking.


Hopefully tomorrow I can get my car into the mechanic to fix some shit.
Might see if they can install my diff lock while it's there.

woke up in the middle of the night because of an earth tremor :hide: . I felt my heart in my throat, so scary. It wasn't to strong though, but after the frebuary earthquake we are all paranoic. I hate them so much!!

 

I think I'm suffering from depression. I'm going to do an online test.

Apparently I have clinical depression because I answered 7 out of ten questions with a yes. 5 or more means you're depressed.
