perhaps so the smell doesn't permeate as much? we do that here to make make-shift bags. i've never seen someone do it on an already sealed bag, but it's handy in a pinch and you have some cellophane or whatevs
From the looks of the bag it was sealed shut simply because it seems to have overflowed passed the normal point where it would seal. Not uncommon. What is uncommon is that the bag seems foggy and for some reason it looks like the bud was partially vaporized before it got put in the bag......then again, i can't really tell because silly girl wants us to tell her whats wrong with her weed....yet didn't take it out of the bag. there's no point in showing us a picture of the bag kiddo. I mean your concern is the weed right? Not the impossible miracle or scandal of having a plastic bag burned shut. post a pic with the shit OUT of the bag if you want help.:coffee:
