I shouldn't worry about the regular period thing, mine have begun to settle down after a year and a half (yeah, late bloomer), and now i get cramps that'd knock a cow over, so irregular periods may be a good thing... and your boobs will grow, mine have grown for the first time since they first appeared and i'm 16!

I had an A cup at 9. I had a B cup at 11 I started my period a few days before 9. I had started puberty like pubic hair at 7 breasts bud at 6 going on 7. Most started puberty at 7 with my breast bud being the first thing which started at late 6 along with a pubic hair. I got acne at 7. I had my growth a little before this and ended when I was about 9. After 9 I grew very slowly my last 3 inches to 5'1". I have the classic precocious puberty. My mom great grandma great great grandma and grandpa were all below 5'4". I think for the same reasons because my mom had puberty at 10 and stopped growing at 11 like I did. She never had a real growth spurt.

Btw I didn't become a C cup until about 13 or 14 when I began to be be more top heavy. Now I'm 19 with a D cup.

I never really grew a butt. My hips are more the straight kind honestly.

Like the OP, I was almost 15 before any great development. I started wearing a training bra not long after my 14th birthday and my periods were not far behind. I never though had any real pubic hair until I was well passed 15. I went from a A cup to a C in two years, but have since gone back to a B cup with weight loss.
